Skincare Products That Have Saved My Skin

Hey guys! Let’s talk about skincare. I lucked out in my earlier years. I wasn’t someone who struggled with acne hardly ever. I’m now in my late 20s and it’s decided to make an appearance. It’s awful frustrating but totally common. Getting in to see a dermatologist can be expensive and takes forever to get an appointment. I knew it’s the route I’d have to take if it wouldn’t clear up.

About 10 months ago, I decided to come off of birth control. I was on BC for PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome). I wanted to see if I was able to treat it naturally. That’s truly when I noticed the most significant changes in my skin. I figured this was just a phase until I noticed it worsening. I decided I would look into acne skincare products. Then I stumbled upon Curology. Curolgy set me up with a customized formula based on photos I sent in. I was able to try it out first. Now that I’ve gotten closer to 30 than 20 I looked into an antiaging overnight serum and hydrating eye cream. These are the skincare products that have saved my skin.

Skin Products

Curology Set

Came with acne treatment, moisturizer, and cleanser. Followed the directions provided. Cleanse and moisturize morning and night. Acne treatment after cleansing but before moisturizer.

Estée Lauder Advanced Night Repair Synchronized Multi-Recovery Complex

I started using every night and noticed a difference right away. Definitely worth the splurge in my opinion. I love how silky smooth and hydrating my skin feels. I have dry to combo skin so I’ve been loving it.

Peter Thomas Roth Water Drench Hyaluronic Cloud Hydrating Toner Mist

Everything you need in a toner. Not much else to say.

Kiehl’s Avocado Eye Cream

Extremely Hydrating. I love that a little goes a long way. Very thick but wears well underneath makeup.

Tula Protect + Glow

This is an amazing glowy everyday sunscreen spf 30. Tula has natural probiotic ingredient in there product. Big fan!

Those are the only skincare products I’m using at this time. I’m really happy with how my skin has cleared up. Everything mentioned is stuff I bought on my own. I’d highly recommend talking to a dermatologist first because everyone is different.
